Unity offers five flexible design platforms ranging from 500 to 3,000 square feet, which can be configured to meet a variety of needs and budgets. We’ve combined the efficiency and speed of prefab home design, with the craftsmanship and superior building quality Bensonwood built its name on. The Tektoniks building system is ideal for projects requiring the highest levels of energy efficiency, and for projects where minimal on-site time is required. From panelized enclosures, to mass timber and millwork, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities produce high-quality components for residential, multi-family, and commercial structures. Price dependant on project type, scale, and location.

Our highly customizable design systems can be configured to satisfy most client needs, but there are occasional exceptions. If your project requires additional design consideration, we are happy to work with you to develop a custom plan. Regardless of the path, every Bensonwood build incorporates our heritage timber frame and our durable building enclosure system. You will benefit from our clean and healthy indoor air environments; a result of airtight envelopes, bio-based non-toxic materials, and advanced ventilation systems.
