Position Summary

As an IT Support Technician, you will be an integral part of the IT team. Under the direction of the IT Supervisor, you will be contributing to and influencing the company’s technology infrastructure. This role will provide you the opportunity to develop new skills and contribute to our dynamic team culture. Travel related to this part-time, non-exempt role will be less than 5%. This role will be based in our Walpole, New Hampshire office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Hardware and software installation, updates, and deployment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network-related problems
  • Workstation management
  • Hardware inventory management

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of IT Help Desk experience
  • Experience navigating digital footprints
  • Comfort and knowledge troubleshooting and resolving issues related to
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related experience
  • Programming experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range for this role will be $15-$18 per hour commensurate with experience
