The Savings Bank of Walpole is a Bensonwood design and build project in Keene, New Hampshire. This net-zero ready timberframe building is positioned between city and country land making for a unique environment. The building design has a solar array on the south facing side, out of view from the street. Together with the climate control system, hidden from view on the roof, the display will generate enough power for the bank's ATM, heat, cooling, and electricity. Clerestory windows allow an abundance of natural light to the open floor plan. The dramatic timberframe entry and tower frame the bank's logo signage.
