An elegant timber frame home on the Southampton seashore with an orchard. Timber framing has changed and we have adapted. Developing keyed beams in 1998, allowing us to span greater distances with shorter timbers. Our timber frames can now include engineered timbers as well as sustainable, locally-sourced woods such as hemlock and southern yellow pine. We have constantly evolved and challenged the status quo and lead innovation.
